The employees of BOLT Document Management are very friendly and helpful when it comes to digital document imaging. The services they have provided the City of Dowagiac have helped the employees in the field to save time and money.

Our employees no longer have to handle large binders full of drawings. They are now able to take a laptop out to the site with them and scan CD's for the information they are looking for. This process makes it easier to find the information and eliminates time wasted trying to find it in a book, in which we used to have the material stored. This has also eliminated the possibility of lost pages while transporting the books from one site to another.

I would highly recommend BOLT Document Management to other companies. I am truly satisfied with the services they have provided for the City of Dowagiac.
