This letter is to recommend to you the services of BOLT Document Management. BOLT has provided excellent service to us for our medical records archiving. Our records were picked up promptly and completed in a timely manner. In fact, BOLT has stayed on top of our time line and kept us updated continually as to when they were ready for more.

Not only did we appreciate the services provided by BOLT in the archiving of records for us, they were dillegent in informing us of any inaccuracies so that they could easily be corrected.

The training they provided for using their retrieval system was prompt and thorough. Archived records are very easily retrieved when requested or neccessary which is very important for time management.

I highly recommend BOLT Document Management to anyone needing such services. It has made a big difference for us because of our limited space.
