I am happy to recommend Bolt Document Management as your resource for digital document imaging storage equipment and software, The City of Niles purchased a computer system and the software, LaserFiche, from Bolt in May of this year. As Clerk of the City of Niles I have been anxious to implement a new and more efficient document storage system to safeguard the city's records and have a researching digital imaging system for some time.

Bolt Document Management has provided me with a computer system that will allow me to compile the city's records for easy access. Through conversations and sincere expressed interest, they were able to tailor a system that would not only meet my needs, but would comply with the budget constraints of my department.

I found Jeff Nelson and his staff to be courteous, prompt, and very knowledgeable, about both the hardware and software. My questions were always answered fully and in a most timely manner. The work that they have performed was done professionally, promptly and at a reasonable price.
