Dear Fellow Local Government Official:

I am writing to provide a report on our use of the services of BOLT Document Management and DocItToMe.com Internet services. I cannot remember a service or product which is so immediately useful and productive to large and small, urban and rural communities, alike.

In less than 12 hours BOLT made virtually every important town document available and searchable (via their DocItToMe website) to anyone with Internet access. We now direct callers seeking zoning and building permit information to DocItToMe. Because they can access and search many years worth of information for themselves on the Internet, we are saving both time and money.

We now find that because all of our information is easy to search, we are using DocItToMe ourselves to check on past zoning and building issues. Our own search times have gone from days to seconds. We now have better access to our information than our county government does, and that feels pretty good, too!
