Memorandum for whom it may concern:

My office was in need of a document management system to handle the large volume of paper we receive and generate. I researched several different document management systems and decided on LaserFiche for the software and BOLT Document Management as the provider.

We have been using the system for a year now and are very pleased with LaserFiche and the service we receive from BOLT. The software is very easy and intuitive and has met all our expectations and more. The service we have received from BOLT is exceptional. Jeff and Cathy are very customer oriented and go out of their way to provide you with the best service. They personally surveyed what our needs were and provided an excellent plan to meet those needs.
