Re: LaserFiche Installation.

Dear Jeff,

As you are well aware a previous vendor installed LaserFiche software, computer hardware (including a 20 gig optical storage and server) and network connections to facilitate electronic filing in the Elkhart County Public Services building. To say that the system was problematic is a gross understatement. The software worked great but the installation had us boxed into a corner that we didn't think we could resolve and we were unable to find the support we needed.

The work done by you and your staff to upgrade us to Version 4.3, convert the data on 4 optical disks back to the hard drive, eliminate the optical drives, add the raid system and, and upgrades to our scan station hardware have worked very well. Our system is much quicker, stronger, and should allow us to grow and expand with the system The flexibility that we now have to work with our information and the amazing increase in speed is wonderful.

The secretaries are excited to be able to once again scan routine work to the system and begin to eliminate the filing logjam.
