To Whom It May Concern,

The City of Elkhart has enjoyed a business relationship with BOLT Computer Systems and their sister company Bolt Document Management for more than six years. During that time BOLT has provided the City with excellent quality products and services.

Many City of Elkhart Departments use BOLT computers and rely on BOLT for service and upgrades. The performance, reliability, and service have always been excellent.

Recently, BOLT Document Management provided a valuable service to the mayor's office by scanning a room full of bankers boxes containing assorted city documents and published them on searchable CD-ROM disks. This allowed us to reclaim the room for other purposes, and the documents can now be found (according to content)by simply typing in key words at my computer.

We are also very excited about the new Internet service provided by BOLT called DocltToMe.com. Now documents such as council minutes, ordinances, agendas, announcements, and more can be searched by content and then viewed and printed by anyone with Internet access. By creating a link from our web page to DocltToMe.com we can make public information available 24 hours a day without any interruption to city employees.

As the City of Elkhart continues to make advances into digital document and information management, we are confident that we can rely on BOLT for excellent advice, equipment, and service.
